Keep duck collectibles, characters, and duck-linked mission clues in one canonical reference.
The official store explicitly warns that the ducks are part of the world's secrets. Record each duck by visible location and variant in your save; do not rely on an unsourced total or guessed hidden route.

Record whether the duck can be picked up, spoken to, carried, or only observed. These are different player tasks.
Use a named machine, mission target, city structure, portal, or terrain feature so another player can reproduce the route.
If the interaction is inactive, return after the relevant mission or region unlock instead of treating it as a broken collectible.
Keep colour or model variants under this canonical duck index until a distinct task justifies a separate route.
Failure branch
It may be a character, mission object, or decorative clue. Recheck after the current mission changes and record the interaction prompt before assigning it a collectible number.
Completion signal
A record is complete when its visible variant, location landmark, interaction type, and any mission dependency have been confirmed together.
Start over
